A Latin Dance Party in the shallow water. Aqua Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program in the water that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: we want you to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Wear your swim suit and experience an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
Aqua Zumba Class Schedule

Shallow Water Aerobics Class
A class taught in the shallow water designed to tone muscles, raise the heart rate, and maintain personal fitness.
Shallow Water Aerobics Class Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6:45am- 7:30am
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 8:30am – 9:30am

Taught in the 12ft dive tank with flotation equipment to support buoyancy and encourage proper form. Designed to tone muscles, raise the heart rate, and maintain personal fitness. Deep Water Aerobics gives you the benefits of weights, aerobics and stretching in a non impact workout that focuses on calorie burning and improving all aspects of physical fitness.
Deep Water Aerobics Class Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00am – 10:00am
Tuesday/Thursday: 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Aerobics Combo ClassA combination of our Deep Water Aerobics and Shallow Water Aerobics Classes.

Water Walking ClassAn class designed after the Arthritis Foundation program for anyone recuperating from surgery, injury or persons who have severe joint problems or compromised motor skills. A gentle non-impact water class using all water walking movements to achieve a mild cardio workout. A short abdominal strengthening and stretching section will balance out this workout. A good entry level class for the new exerciser, or the person who needs a non-impact workout.

Synchronized Swimming Class
Want to try a unique and different sport? Why not combine gymnastics, swimming and ballet?
Come try our new Synchronized Swimming Class. Synchronized Swimming is both a very demanding sport and a beautiful art form. It combines the skill and endurance of speed swimming, the grace, balance, and precision of ballet, and the ability to hold your breath and work underwater.
