Shallow Water Aerobics
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 8:00am- 9:00am
This aerobics class is taught in the shallow water. It is designed to tone muscles, raise the heart rate, and maintain personal fitness.
AQUA DANCE & Zumba
Tuesday/Thursday: 6:15am – 7:15am
A Dance Party in the shallow water. Aqua Dance fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program in the water that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: we want you to work out, to love working out and to get hooked. Wear your swimsuit and experience an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:30am – 9:30am Tuesday/Thursday: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
A combination of the Shallow and Deep Water Aerobics.
Balance and Stability
Tuesday/Thursday: 9:45am – 10:45am
This class is designed for any individual that has balance issues or other problems with physical instability as a result of normal aging or of a health event. It is also designed individuals wanting to take a pro-active and preventative approach to balance training with intent of improving their physical function through the ageing process.
Mon/Wed/Fri: 10:30am – 11:30am
A class designed after the Arthritis Foundation program for anyone recuperating from surgery, injury or persons who have severe joint problems or compromised motor skills. A gentle non-impact water class using all water walking movements to achieve a mild cardio workout. A short abdominal strengthening and stretching section will balance out this workout. A good entry level class for the new exerciser, or the person who needs a non-impact workout.
Deep Water Aerobics
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:15am – 10:15am
Deep Water Aerobics gives you the benefits of weights, aerobics and stretching in a non-impact workout that focuses on calorie burning and improving all aspects of physical fitness. It is designed to tone muscles and raise the heart rate. Taught in the 12ft dive tank, participants use flotation equipment to support buoyancy and encourage proper form.
One-on-one fitness interaction to help you reach your exercise goals. Our professional instructors will assess your needs and abilities, tailoring a program specific to you! Working one-on-one will allow for customization at any point in time and your trainer will provide continuous motivation.

William Shore Pool has a financial Aid and Scholarship program available to low income families who want to participate in any of the programs offered at the William Shore Pool. This includes admissions, lessons, and exercise programs. Fill out the Financial Aid and Scholarship Application and turn into the pool office for processing.
