Expansion Project Design will include:

  • Increased facility size: from 14,000 sq. ft. to 23,000 sq. ft.

  • Kids’ splash/play area with zero depth entry

  • Therapy/exercise pool

  • New locker rooms area with increased family/ADA change rooms

  • New dry sauna

  • Room for SPARK Squad after school care

  • New entrance on the west side of the facility

  • 48 new parking spaces with six ADA spaces

What is the Estimated Cost?

The total renovation and expansion will cost $16 million.  How we're going to pay for this is:

  • Grants: $4.5 million

  • General Obligation Bond: $10 million

  • Revenue Bond: $2 million

  • Cash Reserves: $500,000
