Commissioner Anna Manildi is the Citizen-At-Large member on the WSMPD Board. Commissioner Manildi holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in English Literature from the University of Southern California and Music from California State University, Dominguez Hills.Commissioner Manildi has lived in Port Angeles for over 20 years, working as a Program Director at Olympic Park Institute (NatureBridge) and as the Executive Director of the Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts. She presently teaches yoga and runs her business, Phase 6 Productions, as an event planner, public relations consultant, and fundraiser.Commissioner Manildi has been an active pool user since 1993. She worked with special needs youth in the mid-90s and is a regular lap swimmer who also participates in water aerobics classes. Prior to her appointment to the WSMPD Board of Commissioners, she served on the District’s Advisory Board.

Commissioner Peach is the Clallam County District 3 Commissioner and is one of two county Commissioners who serve of the WSMPD Board. Bill is proud to have served in the United States Army; he was discharged as a Sergeant and received the Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service. 


Bill worked for 27 years for the Rayonier Timberlands, retiring as the Regional Manager responsible for 200,000 acres on the Olympic Peninsula.  Later he served as the Executive Director of the Quileute Tribe for two years.


He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Civil and Forest Engineering from Oregon State University (1983).  In addition he holds a Master of Business Administration degree from City University (1986).


Bill and his wife Anita have been married for over 40 years and Clallam County residents for 31. They enjoy a rural lifestyle that includes cats, dogs, and horses.

Commissioner Johnson is proud to have served in the US Army Corps of Engineers rising to the rank of captain.  He is a Vietnam veteran. 


Randy became part owner of Green Crow in 1985, and stepped down as President and CEO in 2016.  He is still sits on the Board of Directors. 


He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the South and later a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard.  


Randy and his wife Carol have two children and two grandchildren.  They enjoy a rural lifestyle that includes 25 horses (many rescued) and two dogs.

Commissioner Kidd is one of two City of Port Angeles Councilperson on the WSMPD Board. Commissioner Kidd is a native of Port Angeles and a third generation member of the Kidd family in Port Angeles. She is a graduate of Port Angeles High School and attended Peninsula College. Her business background includes working for Fortune 500 Companies including First Financial Management, Sprint, KPMG and Egon Zehnder International.  Commissioner Kidd has run two successful companies of her own including national speaking tours with Success Seminars. In cooperation with her husband, Bob Forsberg, they own a local mini-storage facility, AAA Affordable Storage.  Commissioner Kidd is an active member of the Port Angeles Business Association, the Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce, Soroptimist International, and serves on the boards of the Clallam County Historical Society, Olympic Medical Center Foundation, Salvation Army, and the Underground Preservation Foundation.
